Applications open for Positions related to the Defra UKRI One Health VBD Hub:

We are excited to be building a team to support the UK community to respond to the threat of vector borne diseases .  Read more about this exciting project here. We are currently recruiting two positions:

Research Associate

We are looking for a research associate to lead development of tools for visualising VBD data, pulling together data from multiple repositories, and linking those data appropriately with environmental datasets.

Applications open for PhD Positions:

Predicting the thermal adaptation of disease vectors in a changing climate

Funded through the NERC Sciences and Solutions for a Changing Planet DTP and co-supervised with Prof. Samraat Pawar at Imperial Colllege's Silwood campus.

I regularly list funded PhDs through these programs. For outstanding students with an idea they want to pursue: check out the Imperial College London PhD Fellowships.
  • Undergraduates interested in UROPs or other research placements should looking to their funding options and get in touch with me directly.
